Near-infrared light

This treatment, also known as red light therapy (RLT) and blue light therapy, exposes you to low levels of red, blue or near-infrared light. Infrared light is a type of energy your eyes can’t see, but your body can feel as heat. Red and blue light is like infrared, but you can see it.
